DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

AllTradesOS currently sells digital products only. No physical product will be shipped, no shipping fee applies, and no carrier tracking number will be issued.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
After payment is successfully processed, a download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The download may also be available from the order-confirmation or order-status page.
Most orders are delivered within minutes. Delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment processing, security review, email-provider delays, or technical issues.
CUSTOMER EMAIL ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing a valid email address that you can access. If you entered an incorrect email address, contact support@alltradesos.com. We may require order information or other reasonable verification before changing the delivery email or resending access.
IF YOUR DOWNLOAD DOES NOT ARRIVE
If you do not receive the download email:
• Allow up to 15 minutes for delivery.
• Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
• Search your inbox for “AllTradesOS.”
• Confirm that you are checking the email address used during checkout.
• Contact support@alltradesos.com with your full name, order number, and purchase email address.
Please do not place a second order because the first download email has not arrived. We will help verify the original purchase and restore access when appropriate.
DOWNLOADS AND BACKUPS
After receiving access, download the purchased files promptly and save a backup in a secure location. Download links are provided for the licensed purchaser and Licensed Business only and may not be shared, posted publicly, transferred, resold, or redistributed.

SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY
AllTradesOS Digital Products may have specific software and device requirements. Review the applicable product listing and system requirements before purchasing.
The AllTradesOS Welding Quote & Profit Calculator is built for Microsoft Excel.
The full workbook workflow can be completed using either:
• The installed Microsoft Excel desktop application on a compatible desktop computer, laptop, or Microsoft Surface Pro
• Excel for the web
The official Microsoft Excel mobile app on compatible Android and Apple devices can also be used for on-the-go quoting, reviewing calculated results, viewing the Customer Quote, and printing or saving customer quotes as PDF.
Quote Log history saving must not be completed in the Microsoft Excel mobile app. If you create or adjust a quote on mobile, save the workbook normally and later complete the Quote Log history-saving step using Microsoft Excel desktop or Excel for the web.
The AllTradesOS Welding Quote & Profit Calculator is not supported in:
• Google Sheets
• Apple Numbers
• LibreOffice
