RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
AllTradesOS sells downloadable digital products. No physical product will be shipped.
Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided. Except as required by applicable law or under the limited circumstances described below, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after digital access has been delivered.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The AllTradesOS Welding Quote & Profit Calculator is built for Microsoft Excel.
The full workbook workflow can be completed using either:
• The installed Microsoft Excel desktop application on a desktop computer, laptop, or Microsoft Surface Pro
• Excel for the web
The official Microsoft Excel mobile app on compatible Android and Apple devices can also be used for on-the-go quoting, including entering and editing the unlocked amber input cells, reviewing calculated results, viewing the Customer Quote, and printing or saving customer quotes as PDF.
IMPORTANT — QUOTE LOG SAVING ON MOBILE
Do not use the Microsoft Excel mobile app to manually save completed quotes into Quote Log.
The Quote Log history-saving workflow must be completed using Microsoft Excel desktop or Excel for the web.
If you create or adjust a quote on a mobile device, save the workbook normally. Later, open that saved workbook in Microsoft Excel desktop or Excel for the web and complete the Quote Log save from there.
The product is not supported in:
• Google Sheets
• Apple Numbers
• LibreOffice
These requirements and compatibility limitations are disclosed before purchase. Failure to review them, not having access to a supported Microsoft Excel environment, or purchasing for an unsupported application does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
ELIGIBLE REFUND CIRCUMSTANCES
Please contact us if:
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You did not receive download access and we cannot restore it.
• The delivered files are corrupted or materially defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The product materially differs from its description at the time of purchase.
We may first attempt to restore access, troubleshoot the issue, or replace the affected file. If we cannot resolve an eligible issue within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Except where required by applicable law, refunds will not be provided because:
• You changed your mind or no longer want the product.
• You purchased the product accidentally.
• You do not have access to a supported Microsoft Excel environment or another stated system requirement.
• You attempted to use the product in Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, LibreOffice, or another unsupported application or environment.
• You need assistance learning or configuring the workbook but have not contacted support.
• The calculator did not produce a particular profit, margin, accepted quote, revenue, or business result.
• You entered inaccurate or incomplete information into the calculator.
• You found another product or pricing option after purchasing.
REQUESTING SUPPORT OR A REFUND
Email support@alltradesos.com and include:
• Your name
• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A description of the issue
• Relevant screenshots or error messages, if applicable
Please submit eligible refund requests within 7 days of purchase whenever reasonably possible. This request period does not limit any longer period required by applicable law.
APPROVED REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
If a full refund is issued, the customer’s license to use the product ends. The customer must stop using and delete all copies of the downloaded files, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable consumer-protection law provides rights concerning cancellation, withdrawal, defective digital content, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, those rights remain in effect.
